Lynell Meeth - Advisor
Lisa is the Senior Human Resources Specialist/Benefits Coordinator at The Equitable Bank and has been employed there for 18 years (and yes, she raised a human in that time too :]). She is an HR Generalist that specializes in payroll, benefits, and staffing. Previously, Lisa worked in Human Resources at a specialized temporary staffing agency called Claim Services Resource Group. She earned a BS Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin - Stout and is also PHR and SHRM-CP certified. She has been an active FHRA member since 2008 and joined the Executive Committee as the Secretary in 2015.
Sue works at BMO Harris Bank on the Capital Markets & International HR team as a Senior HR Business Partner primarily supporting the Investment Banking US portfolio. She has held progressive roles over the course of her career at M&I and BMO starting out in Wealth Management and moving to Human Resources in the mid 90’s where she has held roles in EEO and Employee Relations in addition to her current HRBP role where she has worked with US Treasury & Payment Solutions Commercial Sales, Canadian Finance Division Treasury & Payments Solutions Sales and the North America Treasury & Payment Solutions organization.
Throughout her career, Sue has maintained a passion for diversity and inclusion which included serving as a board member with a local chapter of INROADS, an organization that helps businesses gain greater access to diverse talent through continuous leadership development of outstanding ethnically diverse students and placement of those students in internships across North America. Sue is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has achieved SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification.
Stephanie has been a member of FHRA since 1999 and has served as Treasurer since 2010. She has 30 years experience in HR. Her current role is HR Business Partner and Assistant Vice President at U.S. Bank in Milwaukee, where she has worked for 17 years. She previously worked for Voith Fabrics in Appleton, WI and Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, WI. Stephanie is also a member of SHRM and MMSHRM.
Sue Gawelski - Director of Membership
Nancy Vang-Lee is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at MGIC where she manages the recruiting function to ensure the best talent is sourced and hired. Nancy has 10 years of HR/Recruiting experience in the software and insurance industries. She was recognized as a 2017 Power User by LinkedIn Talent Connect. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Nancy has been an FHRA member since 2016, and joined the Executive Committee in 2018.
Outside of her professional activities, Nancy enjoys travelling and running 5Ks, 10Ks, and half-marathons.
Cathy Stoner - Director
Nicole Blei joined U.S, Bank in February 2010 as a Sr. HR Business Partner. Up until August 2014, she supported the Trust Technology and Support Services group of Wealth Management and Securities Services. In August 2014, her focus moved to support a piece of the infrastructure group of TOS. She is based in Brookfield, WI.
Nicole has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and her Master's of Science in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She is also PHR and SHRM-CP Certified, and a Board member of the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the National SHRM Organization. She is also a Treasurer for the U.S. Bank Southeastern WI Development Network Board.

Lynell is an HR Director at MRA - The Management Association. Her human resource experience spans over 20 years of consulting with managers, HR professionals and executives in areas such as talent development, performance management, engagement and retention, assessments, mergers/acquisitions, employee relations and investigations, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. She is an experienced trainer in management and professional development, harassment, interviewing, diversity, metrics, and HR compliance. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Lynell earned a master's degree in human resources from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Carroll University, Waukesha, WI.
Cathy is the Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at The Equitable Bank in Wauwatosa and has been employed there since January of 1996. Cathy has 30 years of HR experience including 10 years in the healthcare industry at Aurora Health Care. Cathy has a B.A. is Psychology from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Cathy has been an active FHRA member since 2000 and joined the Executive Committee as a Director in 2015. Cathy is also a member of SHRM and the Finance Industry Advisory Board at Employ Milwaukee.
Rita is an ER Consultant with BMO Harris Bank, and has been with the bank for 35 years. Rita has 26 years of HR experience. She has been a member of FHRA over 10 years, and has been a board member for the past 7 years. She is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP Certified. She obtained her BS Degree in Communications from UW-Stevens Point.
